Holy crap, Heidi Montag has really done a number on her body. I guess I haven’t been watching closely enough because the sheer volume of surgeries she’s had has turned her into a completely different looking person. It’s stunning and a little strange. I can see wanting a few surgeries to change your looks but to basically turn you body into that of a pornstar is bizarre. Most reality stars don’t look like that and it can’t help her career to have balloon breasts and a Barbie waist.

Heidi is back in the news because there’s speculation that she’ll be cast in the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with her husband Spencer Pratt. It’s possible that two of the wives are leaving the show and since it was a big hit they’re going forward with a second season and they need to find replacements. Heidi is certainly experienced in making reality television and would be well-suited to generating the sort of drama that’s need to make those shows successful. She could also bring in a certain kind of sex appeal. Can you imagine how much the other housewives would hate her? Wouldn’t that be delicious?
