The world knows her as Hermione Granger in “Harry Potter” but will we get the chance to see this young star in a completely different role? Rumor has it that Emma Watson might be starring in the movie based on the bestselling novel “50 Shades of Grey”, an erotic romance with some explicit scenes. According to some speculations Watson should play the leading role, that is the role of Anastasia Steele who gets involved in a very passionate relationship with a young businessman Christian Grey, filled with lots of scenes of bondage and dominance. Now, this would be a real challenge for the young actress but she has denied the rumors.

Watson’s followers could read her tweet about this where she clearly pointed out that she has no intention of starring in such movie. E.L. James (the author of the novel) has also tweeted about the casting, saying that no decisions of that sort have been made. So, according to some sources, Emma Watson was just on the wish list that producers made but no negotiations were made so far. The only thing we can do is wait and see who will play the role of Anastasia Steele and, who knows, maybe Emma will change her mind.
