Simulacrum is intended to be published quarterly by Steambubble Graphics. Subscription rates are, for four issues (nominally one year), $21 in Canadian funds for Canadian addresses, $21 in American funds for continental U.S.A. addresses and $25 in American funds for addresses anywhere else in the world; and for one issue, $6 in Canadian funds for Canadian addresses, $6 in American funds for continental U.S.A. addresses and $7 in American funds for addresses anywhere else in the world. Back issues, if available, will cost the same as a single issue. Note that these rates include airmail postage. Please make cheques and other financial instruments payable to John Kula.

If you would like to submit a manuscript for consideration for publication, we prefer submission as an email attachment, or as an ASCII file in PC DOS format on a 3 1/2 floppy disk. Graphics are encouraged, preferrably in GIF, TIFF or JPEG format.
