What is the movie 100 Bloody Acres about?
100 Bloody Acres is an interesting combination of comedy and horror. This 91 minute long film comes from Australia. Crew Cast is young so it adds to the comedy component. Two unscrupulous brothers are trying to produce the best fertilizer ever. On this quest they are wiling to do anything. At first they used dead bodies from car accidents. As production of fertilizer grown also demand for bodies rise up. Long way from home three hitch-hikers are threatening to discover whole operation. This is black comedy with many gore scenes. There will be no real scary scenes, even body chopping is not filmed directly. On the other hand in this movie average human body contains 30 gallons of blood. If you are prone to fainting when you see blood, better skip this film. Story is straight forward things go in logical order. Cameron Cairnes and Colin Cairnes are directors and writers. They made story predictable yet you will be tricked to think that you have it all figured out. One other beautiful characteristic of 100 Bloody Acres is awareness that this is not even close to a true story. Action is happening in brad daylight. With having that in mind, this is perfect film for anyone that enjoys watching bloody scenes and eating popcorn.
