Where were five of us in the cinema in order to see this movie, we all were especially enchanted with the fact that it is in 3D. So i am pretty sure that if i would have watched it at home, it wouldn't impress me that much as it impressed me in the cinema. We all loved it, well at least none of us complained about the money spent in order to see it. I saw the first part of it not once and can say that simply loved it! The second part is not worse, and was filmed in correlation with the first one. It met all of my expectations,and even better. Maybe the plot was not that good, but the way it was filmed really deserves a wow! I experienced all kind of emotions while watching it, from fear and tears to anger and pride. The end of the movie looked like not a finished one, i even got upset about it, so i cannot wait till the third part. The only sad thing about the movie is that i expected much more from the main actor, unfortunately he was not that good as king Leonidas in the first part!

I saw this movie in the theater, not because i waited for a long time to see this movie, but because i love seeing movies in the cinema, and at that moment this movie was the only new movie that i haven't seen as far as for now. I haven't seen the first part of the movie, that is why i didn't had any expectations at all, but i really hoped that i will get a variety of spectacular scenes, nice pictures and esthetic pleasure. Since the first moments of the movie i got rivers of blood flowing into my direction, the eyes full of blood, chopped heads, and that was the moment when i realized that i made a "small" mistake while choosing a movie. I guess there is no need to tell that i didn't even watch it till the end, i simply could not, so my conclusion about it sounds like a very negative one, it is the worst movie i have ever seen in my life.

When I saw the first part of this movie i was able to understand all of its story. How the main characters have been in the reality, their fates, ups and downs, and all the difficulties which were waiting for them on the life's path. When i saw the teaser trailer for the second part of the movie, i won't lie i felt the desire to see this movie in the theater immediately. This review of mine is comparing the first and second part of the movie. The good thing about both of the movies is the fact that while watching them i felt huge interest towards history of those times, so i even opened a few enciclopedias, which is a very uncommon thing for me! The movie producers were very fair while describing the story, the brave characters of the spartan's, love and lies, fear and heroic behavior, kindness and anger. I saw all the pearls and colours of the history. I recommend it to people who like history, and are not afraid of cruelty.

Beautiful, well-done movie with a great plot and idea. I love historical and pseudo-historical movies and this is done gratefully. I like the cast – all actors and actresses are very beautiful and have shown amazing performance. Great action and battle scenes with true to life effects.It was my greatest pleasure to watch it.
