From the creator of the movie "Adulthood", Noel Clarke, comes yet another adventurous and captivating movie to the big screen. It was written and co-directed by Noel. The plot focuses of four good friends and their lives- Joanne 'Jo' (Aquamarine's Emma Roberts), Shannon (Ophelia Lovibond), Kerrys (Shanika Warren-Markland) and Cassandra 'Cass' (Tamsin Egerton). They are all living their own lives and somehow they all get connected by one thing- one great robbery that contains highly valued diamonds. First off, we get to meet each girl and their backgrounds. Shannon reveals that her mother had left her father, Mr. Richards (Sean Pertwee), and he is now pretty depressed. After losing her temper and throwing her graffiti cans, she barges into the supermarket where Jo works, steals some Pringles and storms out. As she opens the tin, she sees something else than what she expected to see- diamonds. A mysterious girl named Kelly, who saved her from being raped and took her to her place, attacks her, so Shannon deals with her and manages to escape. Next, there is Cass, who is on her way to meet her online date she's been texting to over the net, but at that point she wakes up, only to see that all her stuff are gone. After finding one of the diamonds in her remaining stuff and the letter from Shannon's mom, she decides to find the guy who calls himself "Brett" and finds out that he is actually a nerd. Than there is Kerrys, who is not getting along with her girlfriend lately and is in the need of a party. So, long story short, each of them gets some of these diamonds, which turn out to be stolen and the real thieves are after them.
