This is a very interesting movie, full of beautiful fight scenes and my favorite Keanu Reeves. ))) the film is very well done; the camera and edit work is perfect! The story is simply amazing and you will get into the atmosphere of samurai times in Japan. I was so mesmerized by the story and the duty of these devoted soldiers to their master and their land that I even wanted to live in this country during those times. These are indeed when people knew the power of the word they did. These people were actually deeds, not words!

I loved this movie, everything about it is so beautiful, the landscapes, the architecture, and of course people (Keanu Reeves) is one of the most beautiful men in the world. The plot is very easy- it is the revenge for betrayal. The scenes in the movie in front of the blooming sakura, beautiful hills and clear sky are enchanting! I never saw the architecture of ancient Japanese castles before, so it surprised me in a good way! Probably due to them movie looks so great. There is a lot of action in it, but in a traditional Japanese way, with flying people, and extra powers! The story of love in the end of movie has made me cry, the only thing i was disappointed with was the short scene with Zombie boy, but probably it is because it was his debut is a movie. As a general conclusion i can say that it is a very worthy movie, and i recommend it to everyone, especially to people who love Japan!

I can say that this movie has certainly impressed me a lot, as during two hours of watching it, i was not bored even for a second, and did not watch the time at all. My impressions about the movie are simply fantastic! I am very happy that the huge budget of the movie was not limited only by the explosions and special effects which are normal for a variety of modern projects which have no subject line at all. From the other side, the subject line is being revealed quite predictable, some moments of it i easily predicted, and i was even happy for the fact that there were not too many "surprises" in the movie. As about the end of the movie i can say that in Japanese point of view it is a happy end, while in the european not really! Anyway it is easy to understand their philosophy, and understanding of honor and brave heart. Enjoy the movie guys, as it is a very good one!

I watched the movie "47 ronin" in the first day of the New Year, as the plot of the movie has intrigued me, as well as the budget of two hundred twenty five millions. The main character was performed by Keanu Reeves. So the plot: in the basis lies the ancient Japanese legend which is based on true events, which is considered till nowadays as the confirmation of power, strength and honor of samurai warriors. Keanu Reeves plays the role of an outcast half blood, who was the result of love between an Englishman and a Japanese, who though is around samurais all the time still feels anger and contempt from the other citizens of the city because of its provenience.
The unexpected betrayal, and also due to the dark powers, the lord of samurai warriors has died, which lead to the fight. The good thing is that that the movie director has added a lot of his own elements, which made the movie even more interesting than it was if based on the true legend.
