Everyone knows the story about Christmas and a life changed. The story is pretty amazing and it was one of the most famous novels written by Charles Dickens. The whole thing is placed in the Victorian era. Now, here comes the same story with an improved animations to make it all even more interesting and real. The main character of this animated movie is Ebenezer Scrooge (Jim Carrey), a grumpy old man, who is really greedy and mean, a man who cares about nothing else but his money and his own good. On a Christmas Eve, he gets visited by three ghosts- ghost of the past, ghost of the present and ghost of the future. Each of them has a story to tell. At first, he refuses to believe, but as the first one, ghost of the past, shows him some of the events from his youth, Scrooge is beginning to see that it is all real, but still refuses to accept their existence. As the ghost of the present appears, he also has some situations to show- all those where Scrooge made a mistake and should have acted differently. At last, there is the ghost of the future, which shows him how his life would look like, if he continued to act like he did until now. Seeing his life, with no one to even talk to, less anyone he can turn for help if he needs it, Scrooge finally realizes how much mistakes he had made in the lifetime and is more than eager to make things right. Of course, as he wakes up and starts behaving, no one actually believes him at first, but after they see that he really does mean it, people start seeing some other side of him.. And so does he.
