What is the movie A Fantastic Fear of Everything about?
This unusual movie is directed by Crispian Mills, who was co-writer and Chris Hopewell. It is a comedy horror with the duration of 100 minutes that will keep you hooked up for the whole time. The main character is Jack (Pegg). He is a writer with a very creative mind, but at the same time is failing as a children's author. His passion is dark and edgy theme about Victorian mass murderer that he is doing his research about. Unfortunately, no one wants that as TV series. Not long after this information, the audience begins to realize that he actually has a terrifying paranoia of being himself murdered. And from that point on it all starts going on a downhill spiral. And after a director takes interest in his work and wants to direct it as a movie, Jack is forced to confront his fears in order to make the deal. That includes his fear of the laundry, and the basis for everything else. So, he visits the psychologist, who gives him all the right directions in their sessions. For a movie that was done by independent filmmaker, this is a total bullseye for the audience. Humour is cleverly thought through, timing of both comical and scary moments is perfect, so it creates a unique feel while watching the movie.
