After the first Austin Powers movie has lived a huge success, Mike Myers and Michael McCullers came up with a story for a sequel. This one was also directed by Jay Roach. This time, the adaptation to the 90s isn't the problem, but there is something greater on the line. The story starts as Dr. Evil (Mike Myers) manages to create a machine called "Time Machine" and travel back into the 1969 and ruin today's best secret agent's life by stealing his mojo. As his whole existence is brought to danger, Austin Powers (Mike Myers) must use the same time machine and find the secret agent Felicity Shagwell (Heather Graham), who should help him recover to his previous state. And just when you think that things couldn't be worse, you see that Dr. Evil has made a project to make a smaller version of himself and he called him Mini-me. So, with everything that is going on, the good hour and a half of the quality laugh is guaranteed, because there is no better way to make someone laugh but to make a parody to something very serious. And with the exceptional acting skills of Mike Myers as well as Heather Graham, this movie couldn't be better and funnier.
