From an Australian director and writer Jonathan Teplitzky comes an emotional drama romance called Burning Man. The story is told in a very unusual way, non linear as the most of other movies, which requires full attention from the audience in order for to connect what happened. In the centre of the story is Tom (Matthew Goode), who is a chef at a Bondi restaurant. After losing his wife, he leaves alone with his son and he has to deal with everything at once. Along the way, he is constantly surrounded by great looking women, who are interested in being with him and he has to balance his private life, his son and his work in some manner. Throughout the movie we see how the director plays with his memory, showing scenes that aren't in linear order, making the audience constantly feel like they have a complicated case to crack, like real detectives. The whole movie is shot on the Bondi Beach in Sydney in Australia, which doesn't seem pretty noticeable, since the cinematography was done in an excellent way. Both performances of Matthew Goode, who plays Tom and Bojana Novakovic, who plays his wife, were characterized as amazing by the various critics.
