Comes a bright day is an unusual romance that comes from a British director and writer Simon Aboud. One of the main characters of this story is a young Sam, (Craig Roberts), who is a hotel service boy. His dreams are big and he is working very hard on making them come true. After doing his daily duties, Sam gets sent into a specific jewellery store to replace the watch. Along the way he bumps into a cute girl Mary (Imogen Poots) and meets her. It turns out that she is working at the same place he's supposed to go to. While they are in the store, suddenly a robbery occurs. Since the manager of the store is a really big guy, robbers with masks on their faces knock him out in order to carry on with their plan. As robbers hear a police siren at one point, and realize they got surrounded by the cops, they start looking for another way out of the store. Mary tells them that there's no other way out, which places the robbers in a very bad and pretty desperate situation. Soon it becomes clear that one of the robbers is Mary's lover or boyfriend who was trying to steal a million and a half dollar worth trinket from the jewellery. Are they going to manage to escape the police? Or will they get caught? Tomorrow is a bright day each way.
