It all starts as the police investigation shows that a body was found in the house, that burned out weeks ago. Very soon, the top of the police force is notified that there is a serial killer on the loose, but not just any regular man. He was the part of a military experiment when the force was trying out the vaccine for super-soldiers. And he was the only one who managed to get away. Detective Brant (Hunter G. Williams) is the one in charged with this case and he is trying to track the man down, in order to arrest him and bring him to justice. As he finds out that serial killer is getting his hands on yet next victim, he is going to need more than just brains and luck to get to this guy and take him down for real. After all, he has a super-soldier to fight with, and his superiors aren't making things any easier.
