When you meet Dan Callahan with J.B. Rogers the only thing that you can expect is a fantastic comedy film that will knock you out of your socks from laughing. It starts off with two very successful salesmen in a company- Mike and Rodney (Sean Astin and Michael Vartan). They are the office pranksters who love having a laugh from time to time, but what they do seems pretty inappropriate to most of other people in there. Their job is to sell tires over the phone and they manage to make it fun and interesting. One of their daily targets for the pranks they come up with is one of their colleagues Ken Castro (David Cross). After their current boss, with whom they have a amazing relationship, dies, they start wondering about who will be his successor. And the worst part is when they see it's none other than- Ken Castro. Now, this guy gets to torture them around. First, he degrades their positions from salesmen to secretaries, which they have absolutely no idea how to do. They make a huge mess and, at one point, must ask their other colleagues for help. Will they manage to get rid of their current boss with their pranks or will they lose their jobs in attempt to make it all better?
