Well at the beginning i thought that after watching “House”, “Supernatural”, “Desperate housewives” and “Lost” TV shows it will be simply impossible to surprise me with anything. That is why i have been a bit scared to watch this TV show. And beside that it was about about a maniac killer, and had six seasons! But “Dexter” has met all of my expectations and even more. Here is a bit of everything, wonderful performance, good quality black humor, and captivating plot line, and of course from time to time there was a happy end by the end of each season. Though if thinking accurately how can it be a happy end in a show about a serial killer? Only if the “good” maniac will kill all the “bad once”and after that would die as well. And i am not that sure that there really exist such a thing as a good maniac! I guess each person has its own attitude towards the good and bad things, towards the right and wrong ones, that is why i guess it will be more logic to leave you watching this show and make a conclusion of your own!

I have no words in order to express all the emotions that i have due to this TV show. The performing crew has been chosen simply perfect. Michael Hall is the best candidate for the role i know it for sure, he will not leave anyone indifferent. The charming killer has charmed me since the first episode. The subject line is very interesting! It is a unusual combination of Dexter’s profession and his hobby. The main hero is very close to the viewer due to the internal judgements that he makes, and he allows to himself and his secret only the viewers of the show. The mystery, and captivity in each episode, and the charisma and sense of humor of the hero are amazing.I watched all the five seasons of it in one week, and am very impatient about each new episode release! I wish this TV show would last like Santa Barbara but i do understand that it is impossible, too bad. Well in this case i will watch it again and again.Everyone who doesn’t seen it have my recommendation for it!

Well, i will start with saying that i would never start watching this kind of TV show on my own. I am not the type of person who likes maniacs and killers, and also dead bodies and blood. But i started watching it on the laptop of my friends when we were travelling and spent a lot of time on the custom. And all ever since the first episodes of it, it made me sick. But the first season me and my husband watched till the end. The subject line of course is very interesting, but i wanted very much to know how everything finished. The desire to watch the other seasons i didn’t have. But i will not say to anyone that they should not watch it, because this TV show is really unusual and interesting. Personally i didn’t quite get the idea of it, as all of my essence is against the fact that a killer has been transformed into a positive character. Such a cute person who is killing criminals. Personally i felt not positive towards Dexter, and probably this was the feeling that didn’t made me its fan. Resume: if the show is not revoking any negative feelings like it did with me, than it is more than probably that it will be interesting. But still it is hard for me to recommend it to my friends.

“Dexter” is hilarious TV series and I like it a lot! Dark, dry humor crops up in the most unexpected places, and the settings and dialogue just perfect to my mind! While the show may appear to treat standard morality as irreverent, it is actually an excellent study of humanity at its best -- and worse. The leading character represents a disassociated, psychopathic serial killer. Dexter is devoid of normal, human emotion, and has to learn behaviors by rote. Seeing the world through his eyes enables us to closely examine what is "right" and what is "wrong." Watching this show, the viewer has to pause and wonder about our own perception of reality. Overall, the show is well done!
