If you are looking for a comedy that will keep the whole family or a group of people that are all different age entertained, this is the movie you should consider. Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days is a third in a row part of the original movie. And the screenplay is based on the same series of novels that are written by Jeff Kinney. The focus of these stories is what happens during growing up, and how to balance all out- school, relationships, family, friends. In the movies Zachary Gordon gets to play the main character, Greg Heffley. As the school is over and the summer vacation is finally here, Greg and his best friend Rowley Jefferson, who is played by Robert Capron, are looking forward to all the adventures they had in mind. But, as it always happens, things go south and everything happens, but the stuff they planned. Their idea of perfect summer was to have fun and play video games the whole summer, but Greg's dad thinks otherwise, so they are doomed. Along the way, they get a dog, which was a disaster when you have in mind Greg's original plan. And when you add a 101 funny situation that goes on during the whole movie, there is certainly no better comedy than this one to keep the attention of very wide audience, no matter the age.
