For his début, he decided to follow legendary David Byrne. This resulted with an outstanding movie that is capable of connecting many different generations. Framing and camera work are done in an interesting way and they go hand in hand with a mix of onstage and intimate part of the movie. David explains through the documentary his point of view and his expectations from audience. This insight in his thinking reveals a big mystery. He answers the questions that fans asked themselves many time. Interesting character Lily Baldwin appears in Ride, Rise, Roar. People that are filmed, talk and explain events in very calm fashion. There is no tension. Nobody is trying to leave a false impression. This makes the movie very enjoyable to watch. Live performance is what is the most captivating. Older folks will remember many great moments in their lives when they hear old original songs that they grow up with. Even those who never heard for Talking Heads and David Byrne will find Ride, Rise, Roar interesting.
