What do you get when you mix up the worlds most beloved family with the world's most adored sci-fi movie series? You get one hell of an animated comedy in your hands. Mixing up the Start Wars with the worlds favourite animated show Family Guy gives us almost an hour of pure comedy and lots of funny situations, which can only be caused by these characters. With the story being written by David A. Goodman and Cherry Chevapravatdumrong, in the cooperation with David Zuckerman and Seth MacFarlane, who were the developers, and with Seth MacFarlane being the creator of everything, it is understandable why Peter Shin did the production. Taking the basic idea from the Star Wars, these guys worked very hard on making a bombastic animated comedy out of everything nerdy they could find. And they did a hell of the job, because this animated movie isn't actually a kids cartoon. When you look at it, it never was. The Family guy is mostly made for the older audience and not for the kids. It has lots of "grown up" jokes as well as some scenes of nudity in it. If you enjoyed in basic episodes of the Family Guy, you'll love this special edition trilogy even more.
