Foster or Angel In The House is an brainchild of Jonathan Newman, who both wrote the script and directed the movie. This comedy drama is suitable for the whole family and it lasts for 90 minutes. Main characters are certainly Zooey and Alec. They are a young married couple and they are trying to get a baby. But, every time is the same- nothing. At one point, they decide to adopt a kid. So, they head to a local foster home in order to find a child that might be the right choice for them. In the sea of kids, one stands out- young Eli. Dressed up in a suit with a hat on his head and book in his hands, he seems pretty unusual. And just like that, the next morning, he appears at their doorstep. And from that point on, it seems like everything is starting to be getting better. Eli, as he is called, is, in all that mix, unusually smart young boy with a keen sense of style and advice for anyone. As the time goes by he becomes their support as well as their both marriage and business advisor. And it seems like their happiness couldn't end. With Toni Collette and Ioan Gruffudd in the main roles and getting to see young Maurice Cole sinking in his role of Eli, this family comedy is an outstanding movie that is really worth watching.
