If you are looking for a good comedy piece, than you're in for a treat. Goats is pretty funny movie directed by Christopher Neil that will take you for a spin and keep you captivated throughout the whole time. The focus of the story is Ellis (Graham Phillips). He is a teenage boy who lives with his mother Wendy (Vera Farmiga), a modern day hippie and his father-like figure, the Goat Man (David Duchovny), who smokes weed and follows the tracks of goats. At one point, we see Ellis go off to a prep school because of his fathers name and fame. What awaits there is a life totally different than what Ellis is used to. And that includes no packages with marijuana. As he goes to his dads place, he meets both him and his new young wife, Judy, who is also pregnant. Throughout the movie there are lots of hilarious situations going on and happening to each of the characters in the movie. Casting is perfect and the actors have really put themselves into this, so their reactions to hilarious events are pretty much true and genuine. This is one great coming-of-age comedy that will keep your attention and your eyes on the screen. It is perfect for a night with friends at home.
