After getting through a very rough divorce, Amy gets her things back to her parents in their suburban Connecticut and moves in with them. And after that it is very hard for her to get back in the game of dating. Every time her parents, Ruth and Stan, or some of her friends tries to set her up, it always ends up in disaster. One of those dates was the date where the guy spend almost entire evening talking about his top ten food- from fish to almond. Fun, right. And that goes on until she meets a young artist, a 19 year old boy named Jeremy. During one of the family dinners, he manages to kiss her and that little kiss starts the long asleep flames in her. They keep on seeing each other in secret, while she shows him the town, gives him a ride, and so on. Eventually this all turns into a romantic affair where Amy is having the time of her life, but can't be going on at one point. And the person who gets hurt the most is Jeremy. In all that chaos, there is lot of secret meetings to arrange and all emotions to manage. With Melanie Lynskey, Blythe Danner, John Rubinstein, and Christopher Abbott in main roles, this comedy drama can begin. Director Todd Louiso has done his job well.
