When it comes to getting the important roles in big movies, there is no better actor than sir Anthony Hopkins. We were all captivated by his cruel roles and him as a pretty calculated and amazing Hannibal Lecter, who knows you better than you know yourself. We enjoyed in watching him conduct his sick yet very precise planned murders. This time, we get to see him in another important role- the role of famous director Alfred Hitchcock. At the beginning of 60s, Hitchcock was one of the greatest producers and directors ever. Some of the critics thought it was time for him to retire and leave the world to the younger and more creative film-makers. But, he refused. By his side was his always faithful wife, Alma, who is here portrayed by Helen Mirren. She always stud by his side, even when he announced a new horror that is based on a novel adaptation, The Psycho. It was scandal in that time and no one, not even the Paramount Pictures wanted to sponsor him, because they thought it was utterly mad. In spite of all that, Alfred continued his film making and sponsored himself. First, he got an amazing and pretty good looking actress, Janet Leigh, who is played by Scarlett Johansson. And then, he made the movie that will later be a masterpiece.
