Hotell is an engaging drama directed and written by Lisa Langseth, starring Alicia Vikander, David Dencik and Anna Bjelkerud. It is a tale of a girl named Erika who has everything a person could want. She has a good job, a secure relationship and plenty of friends. One day, all of that changes. Suddenly her life has no meaning and the feelings she once controlled are no longer within reach. She starts to go to group therapy and there she meets other people who are suffering from some forms of a trauma. One day Erika and four of people from the therapy group decide to take matters into their own hands. They head off together to search for a way out. They start to check into hotels where they can be anonymous and wake up as a completely different person. To say that Hotell is a good movie would be an understatement. Everyone in Hotell acts like their life depends on it. It is glorious to see them interact with one another. Camera work is great and so are the sounds. People who are willing to take a chance with an unknown drama movie will find out that Hotell is a great movie.
