Jennifer Lawrence is an amazing actress, which she already shown in her blockbuster movies like X-Men:First Class and The Hunger Games as well as in Silver Linings Playbook . She caught everyone's attention with her acting skills. This time, she's in action once again. Jennifer plays the role of Elissa, a teenager who is moving to a small town with her mother. Two of them move into the house which was next to the one where a murder was conducted. That was the only reason they could afford to buy it- it was incredibly affordable, because no one wanted to live there. Soon, she befriends a young teenage boy named Ryan, who was the only survivor of the murder case. His little sister killed their both parents and then disappeared. With a chance to know both Ryan as well as the others in that town, she gets more and more information about what it occurred in the house. As she and Ryan develop a relationship, Elissa and her mom start experiencing weird situations in their house, which further leads to horrific events. It turns out that Ryan's sister may not be dead. Is she alive or ghost that's haunting the town- that is up to the viewers to find out. With David Loucka, who wrote the screenplay adaptation, Jonathan Mostow, the original story maker, director Mark Tonderai had a piece of art in his hands that he made come to life with his directing skills.
