While talking to other people from Europe who have no some bigger contacts to the US, this represents almost a documentary. By visiting the internet and seeing how people act there, at least some of them, this movie might actually come to that point. All starts when military wants to start new project of preserving human beings through ages, without them actually aging. They select two of the most common male and female. As they get started with experiment, experiment itself gets cut off and they stay trapped in their pods. They wake up in the same word, only shaped totally different, and ruled by people who don't actually look as smart as they should be. There is some intro that shows how it actually came to that. As the time goes on and on, main actors work their way to get back to their time, but as the society's science progress has been drawn back, and there is no way to go back through time. Finally, as only in movies can develop things, lead actor gets to the position of the president of whole nation as he is the smartest living man in the country. For all of those reasons, this movie should be seen to awake people from slumber they got in.
