From the director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and his writers Nicolás Casariego and Jaime Marques comes a horror thriller that will haunt you long after the movie is over. The film follows stories of two kids who live in totally different countries and have the same problems. One kid is a young boy named Juan, who lives with his mom in Madrid. He is constantly visited by the monster he calls Hollowface and which is trying to possess him. Mom, unable to do anything by herself to protect her son, calls for help from Father Antonio to do the exorcism. Other kid is a teenage girl Mia, who lives with her parents in London. After spending the day at her grandparents' house and finding a strange box, she gets night visits as well. Scared, she calls for her dad, John, who is very close with his little girl. He defends her, but for the security, he sets up a camera in her bedroom. But, after the second attack, camera showed nothing recorded but the two of them. Throughout the move viewers get to ask themselves if these kids are both delusional? And if they are, how come they see both the same thing? Or could it be real? This mystery is left for the audience to think about.Actors did an amazing job in presenting their characters as realistic as possible.
