Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa is a comedy directed by Jeff Tremaine starring Johnny Knoxville, Jackson Nicoll and Greg Harris. It is a story of one of the more memorable characters from the Jackass series, Bad Grandpa. Irving Zisman is an eighty six year old man who is journeying across America with his eight year old grandson Billy. Along the way Irving will introduce the young and impressionable Billy to lots of different people and places. This unlikely duo will encounter, child beauty pageant contestants, funeral home mourners, biker bar patrons, male strippers and a lot more. The movie is shot as a hidden camera show with real people in real situations making this movie a very interesting albeit twisted comedy. Fans of Jackass know what they are in for, they have already met Bad Grandpa several years ago and they know how funny he can be. There is plenty of slapstick humor and those who enjoy that kind of humor will definitely love Bad Grandpa. If you have never before seen any of the Jackass skits, you are in for a surprise. This is a comedy unlike any other, a movie which breaks all of the barriers and social norms, a movie which isn't afraid of going places no other movie has gone before. The movie also has a nice message about family, probably to offset all of the crude humor. If you have enjoyed Jackass, you will love Bad Grandpa, and if you haven't seen Jackass before, Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa is the perfect way to get started!
