What is the movie Limitless about?
New York writer, Edward "Eddie" Morra has recently been dumped by his girlfriend Lindy in addition to failing to meet the deadline to turn in his new book, which he hasn't started yet. Trying to overcome the black stripe in his life he takes a mysterious, experimental drug called NZT-48, proposed by his ex-wife’s brother Vernon. This drug is supposed to make humans to access 100% of the brain's power, as opposed to the normal 20%. It indeed works and allows Eddie to finish his book. This ‘creative drug’ turns Edward Morra’s life upside down. Eddie earns lots of money in a short period of time, but very soon starts suffering with the disastrous side effects of the drug. As he tries to find other NZT genies, to understand how to get rid of this liking, he learns the secret truth…
