Since his usual guy, Henry Schow (Evan Jones) was in an accident, he asks his son if he could take over, thinking that it would be good fro him and speed up the treatment a little bit. Max accepts and gets introduced to Keller Landreaux (Lawrence Turner), who is the store manager, to one of the buyers Jenna McCarty (Christy Romano), as well as to Ryan Parker (Jon Michael Davis), the vice-president of the company. During his night shift in the store, Max gets a vision of deaths of both Jenna and Ryan, seeing them in the mirror. Soon, he discovers that he can see Eleanor Reigns (Stephanie Honoré Sanchez), a woman who is reported to be missing and it's not too long before he reveals that Jenna, Ryan and Keller are the ones responsible for her death. Now, Eleanor's soul is seeking revenge.
