What is the movie Not Suitable for Children about?
As you see the title Not Suitable For Children, you expect to see a movie with lots of nudity and cursing and everything children aren't supposed to see. But, you're wrong. Although this comedy romance has some of those elements, occasionally, but it is a lot different than what most of the viewers in the audience expect to see. The main story revolves around a young guy in his 20s, Jonah (Ryan Kwanten), who is a party man, player, loves going wild and living his life to the fullest. Stevie (Sarah Snook) is one of his best female friends and Gus (Ryan Corr) is his male friend. After hooking up with a girl at some party, Jonah discovers a lump on his private parts and immediately goes to the doctor. Test results have nothing good to say, unfortunately, and he is informed that he needs to get one testicle removed, since he has cancer. That will leave him permanently infertile. In one pretty short time period, Jonah is to decide if he really wants to have a baby or not, because there is no later. So, the search for a surrogate mother begins. Without any luck, after long search, he asks his best female friend, Stevie, if she would be the mother of his kid. The situations, in which Jonah finds himself throughout the movie, are hilarious, funny and all have elements of really awkward comedy.
