Every body-builder wants to live the American dream- big body, muscles and lots of cash. But, not all of them can accomplish that, because the competition is large. The director of this movie, Michael Bay, has gathered the best actors for these roles- Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson and Anthony Mackie. They all play not too bright body-builders who would do anything to get to their dream. It all starts when Daniel Lugo, played by Mark Wahlberg, gets caught by the police. And then they role it all back into the moment it all started at. While working as a fitness trainer in a gym, Daniel gets the idea to make a dirty scam with kidnapping one of his pretty rich and obnoxious clients, Victor Kershaw, who is played by Tony Shalhoub. He enlists his gym friend, Adrian Doorbal, played by Anthony Mackie, as well as an ex-convict, who is played by Dwayne Johnson, Paul Doyle. They make a perfect plan, but don't seem to be having the brains to take it all the way through as they should. At one point, before they kill their hostage, they must find the way to get his money, so they force him into signing the parers that enable them everything they want. As the story goes further, we see that they are more muscles than brains and they all get caught. This action comedy with crime elements will make you roll on the floor laughing as you see what kind of situations they get themselves in.
