Plush is an interesting thriller starring Emily Browning, Xavier Samuel and Cam Gigandet. The story revolves around a young rocker chick who is mourning the loss of her brother. She is struggling to write music while taking care of her two kids. Her jealous husband only causes her problems and a mysterious new guitarist, who will stop at nothing to become the most important person in her life, appears. Most of the people don't like the movie because they are expecting a regular thriller full of cliches and played out acts. Plush is different than a regular thriller, it has something which makes it special. There is not a lot of nudity and gore, but there are plenty of violent situations and sexual innuendos. There are plenty of dark elements in this movie, which even makes this movie border on the horror genre. Plush is very good because it implants an idea in our brains and we are supposed to make what we can out of it. It is an interesting idea which works pretty well. This movie is a thrilling roller coaster ride from the beginning till the very end. It is fast paced and often very exciting. If you want to see a thriller which will make you think and reflect, then Plush is the right movie for you.
