What is the movie Priest about?
The story of the film unfolds in the faraway future. During the war between vampires and humans, the organization of warriors slaying vampires called “Priests” was created by the Church. When the most of the vampires were slaughtered the church created specially guarded cities to isolate humans from the rest of vampires who were placed in reservations. The Church has set a totalitarian regime after dismissing no longer needed “Priests”, being afraid of its own weapon. Only outside the cities people could live free of the Church’s control. One of the “Priests” after his niece Lucy is kidnapped by vampires, breaks up all the rules of the Church and goes on her search, trying to trace the vampires who are responsible for the crime. Sheriff and a Priestess help him in this dangerous journey…

High production values and slick editing can't save this picture. Nor does its overbearing soundtrack music, which tries to strong-arm viewers into believing they're watching a pulse-pounding thriller.

Movies about vampires have become very popular now, and as a result it is a release of new movie, i have no idea what the producers have tried to do, but eventually they didn’t really succeeded as the movie they have done is not interesting at all. The actors were pretty bad, they were standing like wooden in the movie, as well as their dialogues were stupid. While watching the movie i felt nothing, no worrying for the main characters, no being angry about something, and not feeling sympathy for any character, nothing. The vampires were mutant monsters. The movie is stupid, the first stupid moment “left vampires were moved to a reservation” so here comes my logical question why? Why leaving alive someone who can kill? And the second thing is why living outside the city with priests if all the vampires were killed but the rest were put into a reservation? I would not advise this movie for anyone, it is a waste of time, and not a simple waste but boring one.

After watching the movie “Priest” directed by the movie producer Scott Charles Stewart i can say that i was really terrified, and not because i was scared of the horror moments in the movie, but because of how terrible it was filmed. It was a silliest plot ever, the special effects were not convincing at all, and the animation movie which was at the beginning of the movie were gross, i hated the moment when it was shown how people were being eaten by monsters with boring faces, all those things gathered as one has made a very bad influence upon me. I do not understand what people are talking about here, how can this movie possibly make a positive impression upon me. I would not suggest this movie to anyone, as it really sucks, and the only thing that will happen to a person who will watch it, would be losing time, and total disappointment. The only good thing about this movie is that after watching it, you are sleeping well.

Right after the first glance into the movie, I paid the attention on the main character- the guy who was chasing the priest, as there was something common between him and Baywatch Hawaii, he had some cute “beach” look. And his character, or the things his character tried showing were simply funny, tried to look rough and tough, but in reality was dumb as shit. He was not a planned character, so if he wasn’t planned when why adding him into the movie? There were enough “fighters” in it anyways. Also there was a feeling that movie producers, who were writing the scenario, realized how “in trend” is the theme with the vampires, warlocks and other fantasy characters that is why they decided to “play” on this subject in order to make some more money of it. And it was not only a bad, but also a failure idea. I really enjoyed seeing like everyone dies in the show that was truly fun. Of course the entire situation is captivating, the city, and the system with the priests, is interesting as well, but to my great disappointment the whole idea of the movie was not made up till its logical essence.
