Usually i am very much against the young and not very experienced actresses: as their performance is not good at all, as well as it doesn’t look fresh. So maybe in this movie the general view was good, or the movie producer was beating everyone. But Hudgens was very good and made even the skeptical me being positive about her, the only mistake was the scene with the gun. But well whatever we all do mistakes. But when we do them we usually think about them and try not to repeat them again. She was not that talented for this role but she did what she could, it would be better if she would keep singing or appear in soap operas. But Browning and Cornish were very good! As well as Gugino, who is a bit fat, but still looks hot! So my recommendation is yes, it certainly deserves being watched!

I think i should start with saying that i do not think that if the movie has a lot of special effects than it is ok to not make it too qualitative. I can say that most of all i enjoyed the performance of Abbie Cornish she was very cute, and her character was not that easy unlike the other characters who were supposed to sit and look pretty. Emily Browning was not good, but was not bad either, she was a mixture of stereotype sayings in a very bad performance. Carla ( the doctor Vera Gorski) was very beautiful, but i cannot judge her for it, the scene where she says i taught them to tolerate you, is very convincing!
Also i would like to add that the soundtracks to the movie were just perfect, as they matched the atmosphere of the not ordinary movie very well, some of them i downloaded later for my personal collection. So i can say that this movie after watching it will not leave anyone indifferent towards it!

It is a very unusual but very interesting movie. At the beginning i was attracted by the weird theme of this movie, a young girl who has been sent to psychiatric hospital is making up an alternative reality in order to make her time better, this movie reminds me a lot the movie “Island of the cursed” as that one has same idea, but this time the main character doesn’t have fault for anything. She makes up a world like Moulin Rouge and this way the boring psycho clinic turns into a less weird place- into a bordel, there each week girls are making a nice show with dances. But still she is not happy with the situation and is talking to everyone about escape, for which they need a list of things, and getting each of them turns into a mission. I can say that this movie is very captivating although the end of it was quite weak, i think they could have done it better. The only thing i was disappointed about, is that i didn’t see the dance that the Doll was performing each time she was disturbing attention so her allies could steal the objects that they want.

This movie was a simple waste of my precious time. One evening with my husband we have chosen this movie as the filler f the tie. We were very hopeful that thennew movie as it sounded in trailer and a beautiful actress with latest effects will make the movie entertaining, and interesting. Oh, Boy, how wrong we were! The movie is simple nonsense. I have never considered me and my husband shallow minds, but f there s nay sense in lea this, then we truly is! You won’t see anything catching your eye besides the Barbie doll looking leading character and some supper effects and that is. The battle scenes are so ridiculously fake that you will laugh at them. I wouldn’t recommend this movie to anyone, a pure frustration and waste of time!
