What is the movie The Grand Budapest Hotel about?
The Grand Budapest Hotel is the first full-on action picture by the writer and director Wes Anderson. Fans of action will definitely enjoy this one due to plenty of gunfights, high-speed chases and great escapes. Dialogues are great, they are well thought out and some might need a second viewing in order to fully understand everything said. The story of the movie recounts the adventures of Gustave H who is a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars, and Zero Moustafa who is a lobby boy. In the year 1968 the author of the book "The Grand Budapest Hotel" was inspired to write it by visiting that hotel and meeting Zero Moustafa who tells him the tale of how he became the owner of the hotel. The story takes us some 30 years back in time when Zero Moustafa was a simple lobby boy who was under the guidance of Gustave H. Gustave loved to please his guests especially the wealthy blonde women, and the story revolves around one of those women. The movie confronts troubling parts of the European history but in a fun way. There are some scenes which the animal lovers might find gruesome but those scenes are done in such a way that they don't seem needless or way too brutal. This movie will definitely make plenty of people enjoy the thrill ride and come back to it again after the ride is over.

Mmm all the action happens from the words of the owner of the hotel, who a long time ago had a lot of guests in it. The owner is sharing the story of how he got this place as his ownership. How different were people that he met on his path, and all the difficulties he had to go throw at the times he was young and had to start everything from zero. The subject of the plot is very easy, and the idea of the movie didn’t made me feel stressed while trying to figure out what is going on on the screen, this is what i call a golden middle.
This movie is filled with thin humor, which is not that easy to understand for every person. In this movie there are a lot of famous actors, that is why it is hard to believe that it can be this way. And all the roles were given in such a perfect way, that the actors in it looked great. Also i would like to say that it was pleasant for me to watch all of the dialogues and other scenes. I cannot remember some other movies that would made me feel same way as this one. I can easily say that it is the most successful movie of the year, and no wonder that it will get into the ratio of classic cinema.

I can say that this is the most cruel movie by Andersen that i have ever seen. Although the majority of his characters were left same kind. This movie shows that people can be cruel and completely merciless towards each other. And things they can do to each other, even animals are not doing to each other. It is a very sad, and at the same time strong movie, where in a fast twisting of the subject it is very difficult to realize what the author was trying to say and show. I think there are movies that might be called the classics of the cinema, as they do not have any heavy sense, and they are filmed without using some special effects, but the truth is that in those movies it is very good set the subject of the plot, that is why while watching it, you lose the sense of time completely. I can easily say that this is one of those movies. I cannot speak about everyone, but personally i, have learned a lot of lessons due to it, that is why i can easily recommend it to people, who really have time in order to watch it attentively.

Hotel Grand Budapest is a new movie directed by Wes Anderson- and it is a real movie delice for eyes, soul and intellect! So people who haven’t seen it yet should definitely do it! I fell in love with this movie producer since i saw the “Kingdom of the full moon” for good! He is the only one able to film such movies: juicy, ironic and eye catchy, which are really hilarious and sarcastic. This is his personal way of filming that cannot be mixed with no one else’s manner. He always has a very bright soundtrack, some bright and a bit unreal colors, ideal picture and real dialogues where is present a comic seriosity! And usually there is always a sad end in the movie. The other thing i like him a lot, is the fact that he is filming same group of actors (with major changes) in each of his movies, i guess it is a great thing, Tyler Perry, another famous movie producer, has a same “habit” to do that. i saw this movie at the cinema with my friends, they wanted to see it, while i was quite negative about it since i saw the trailer, to it, but after first few minutes of the movie i changed my mind completely about it!

To my mind this is the most boring and self-indulgent movie I have seen in a long time. The characters are uninteresting and the storyline is pointless. I went to see it with my partner based on "expert" reviews and a superb cast and it was painful to sit through - for both of us. On chatting to a number of people leaving the cinema at the same time, they were of the same opinion. Seriously - don't even bother!
