After the movie "The Hunger Games" everyone was really interested to see and find out what's going to happen next. That's why director Francis Lawrence had made another film adaptation, that's based on the best selling novel, and that's called "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire", that continues the story and prepares the audience for yet another sequel that is yet to come.
After the 74th annual Hunger Games, everything changed for victors Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, played by Jennifer Lawrence and Jack Quaid. People saw them as a spark for rebellion against the Capitol and the president Snow saw the as even greater threat, especially after she and Peeta decided to defy his rules and die together, leaving him without a winner. That was the main reason that the president Snow, played by Donald Sutherland, decided to take the Games to the next level during the 75th Quarter Quell. Although Katniss and Peeta already got it all figured out, this is a totally new way of playing the Games, that they will have to learn. In the middle of the Games, Katniss finds herself more and more caring about Peeta, which shows her more sensible and caring side. Throughout this entire time, Katniss becomes an invincible symbol for the rebellion and uprising against the Panem Capitol.
With acting crew that involves Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Lenny Kravitz and Stanley Tucci, this move simply can't go wrong. Watching characters growing, maturing and revealing their complexity, besides it's action, a slightly darker tone and love stories, is what makes this movie fantastic.
