Imagine if you could meet a younger version of yourselves. What would you ask or do? And are your goals the same as they were then? Those are the main questions in this movie that comes with a hint of parody and hilarious situations. The idea for the movie The Kid is written by Audrey Wells and Jon Turteltaub was the man behind the camera and made it all possible. It all starts with getting to know Russ Duritz (Bruce Willis), who is a consultant. He is not only rich, but also successful in what he does. But, he is also 40, cynical and alone. He lives in a world that has no human contact for real. One night, he gets surprised by a young 8 year old kid, who happens to be in his chair. The more he looks to this chubby little kid, the more he seems familiar and there is something about that kid. Soon, he realizes that it's actually him, but as he was 8 years old (Spencer Breslin). So, their adventure begins from that point on and there is more than one hilarious scene where they get to prove that they are the same person. Rarely anyone believes them, of course. This comedy is great when it comes to getting the movie for a whole family, because everyone will get a 104 minute of quality laugh.
