The Pill is a movie about a guy who got worried after unprotected sex during a one night stand and is trying to get the girl take the second morning after pill. At the very beginning the viewers get to meet Fred (Noah Bean). He is a nice looking guy who is a writer and has a nice girlfriend. In spite of good relationship he has with her, he likes having one night stands. So, he uses the time when his girlfriend takes off on a trip and meets a lovely girl Mindy (Rachel Boston). After a fabulous night of drinking and laughing and sleeping with each other, Fred finds out only in the morning that Mindy isn't on pills. That puts him into a very bad position. Having another girl pregnant and lying her about not having a girl, makes lots of problems and explaining he needs to do for Fred. So, he somehow manages to talk Mindy into talking a morning after pill in the pharmacy. But, what he neglected is, that morning after contains two pills- one that woman takes after having the intercourse and the other one 12 hours after that. So, when she gets upset over taking the first pill in the beginning, talking her into taking the second one as well seems like catching the rainbow, that is- impossible. So, Fred decides to stick up until she takes the other one as well. Along the way, he gets to meet her whole family, spend the day with her and they manage to bond. But, how will he manage clearing things up with his girlfriend when she comes back?
