The Right Kind of Wrong isn't a typical romantic comedy, it has its own quirks and twists which make it unique and interesting to watch. It is a story of Leo Palomino who has dedicated his life to chasing his, how his ex-wife Julie so eloquently put it, impossible dreams. Leo doesn't care about her criticisms, he is an idealist and a stubborn romantic and a big dreamer. His refusal to listen to the critiques of other people forced his ex-wife to blog about his flaws as their relationship broke down. Her blog is very famous and Leo is known in the world through his flaws. One day, whilst watching his ex-wife on a talk show he notices a woman of his dreams on her way to her own wedding, and he immediately falls in love with her. Yes, the movie is littered with cliches, they are everywhere, but the movie works on expanding them and brings them into a new light. The characters are very real and everyone can easily relate to them, none of them is a role model, they are human each with his or hers own flaws. If you are a fan of romantic comedies, definitely check this one out, it is funny, sweet and definitely well worth your time.
