Ric La Monte was the man who had a great idea. He both wrote and directed a movie called The Tenant. It is an action horror with thriller elements that is the perfect combo for all of those viewers that love watching sick monsters and lots of killings. It al starts with a young couple looking for some old abandoned place where they could have intimate relations. When it seems like they have found one and enter it, it turns out that they are stuck in something that used to be an asylum once upon a time. Then, the viewers get to see what happened almost 30 years ago. There is Dr. Newman (Molnar) and his assistant, the nurse called Ms. Tinsley (Boykin). Two of them are doing some illegal DNA researching that involves genetics testing on various subjects and it is a top secret. At one point, Dr. Newman finds out that his girlfriend Olivia (Chris) is pregnant and puts the whole thing on hold. That isn't what Ms. Tinsley had in mind, so she disregards that. During one of the Olivia's check ups, she secretly injects a serum into her and gets a new test subject. When Olivia delivers the babies, twins, they notice that the girl is just fine, but the boy has some side effects. And that is when the horror begins. Then, the audience gets brought back to the present time, where a mysterious monster is hunting them down throughout the whole institution and killing them one by one.
