He is not pretty popular at school and it seems like his summer isn't going to be fun at all. He gets to know his mothers new boyfriend, who invites them to spend the summer in his beach house. But, as his step sister to be, this shy guy is out of options for meeting anyone new and get new experiences. As he gets into the Watter Wizz water park one day, he gets to meet some adults who work there and are having lots of fun. Sam Rockwell, who plays Owen, makes friends with Duncan and lets him be his trainee for a while.
