Unconditional or Unconditional Love is a 92 minute long drama thriller written by Joe Fisher and directed by Bryn Higgins. It starts with a seventeen year old boy called Owen (Harry McEntire), who meets a bit older guy Liam (Christian Cooke). They start hanging with each other and Owen seems to be dazzled by his car, clothes, attention he gives him and the whole package in general. What Owen doesn't know is that Liam is a repressed homosexual with tendencies to create a fantasy and dress him up as a girl. That is how this seventeen year old boy gets himself in a world with no turning back. As Liams tendencies towards Owen increase over the time, they get into disagreement. Each one ends with Liam threatening to disappear and never see Owen again, which is exactly what Owen fears. So the young Owen gets put into a situation where he has to choose if he's going to have an ordinary life as Owen or a glamorous life with everything Liam has to offer as Kristen. This captivating drama with thriller elements has more than meets the eye and deals with everyday problems in the homosexual community that everyone need to be aware of. Practising dominance over any person is an unhealthy way of treating someone. Performance given by Christian Cooke was so amazing that he looked so believable in the role of a latent homosexual with serious problems in his head.
