Meet Marni. She is a young successful woman who recently just got promoted in her New York office. During her back and forth flights and living in both New York and at home, Marni doesn't have much time to get everything prepared for her brothers wedding. She feels guilty for missing out on so much and not even having the opportunity to meat his brothers fiancé, Joana. But, in one conversation with her mother, Marni finds out that her brothers fiancé is her high school nightmare. It turns out that Marni was just a regular girl with glasses and braces, as it usually goes. But Joana was one of those mean girls who were cheerleaders and pretty popular in school. Joana made Marni's life miserable. Having no other place to turn to, Marni tells her mother Gail everything. Of course, Gail gives her advice to let it all go and leave it in the past. The problem is, that all becomes hard when Gail is to face her own demons from high school, after it turns out that Joana's aunt Ramona is Gail's old high school friend. Will they all be able to get along and make it trough the wedding in peace? With four women in one place and fighting each other, the chances are pretty small, but they do exist. And while we are used to seeing Jamie Lee Curtis in such movies, because she always makes them better, here we have Sigourney Weaver by her side, as well as Kristen Bell and Odette Annable in main roles. This Andy Fickman romantic comedy will make you re-live your high school days with no doubt.
