Zookeeper is a movie filmed for children and anyone who doesn’t feel like a child should prepare for predictable story and things that are not that very funny to him. There some gags that are often used in cartoons. This makes it very entertaining for the younger audience. Still, it can be very funny to older ones also. Talking animals is one already seen idea, but this doesn’t make movie Zookeeper less interesting. Griffin Keyes (Kevin James) is zookeeper who enjoys doing his job and has no ambition to find something different or better. He is so desperate in interaction with women, that zoo animals decided to break their code of silence in order to help Griffin to find a girl. Griffin has very hard time accepting the fact that wild animals are talking to him. After first things that lion tells him, he ends up on the ground without consciousness. He panics a lot and this makes him scream like a little girl. Animals are trying to help him date with his ex-crush Stephanie (Leslie Bib). At the same time audience knows that his heart belongs to co-worker Kate (Rosario Dawson). In this mix of emotions, talking animals, wisdoms from the jungle and two beautiful hotties, Griffin will discover that he is surrounded with so much love. Dialogues are funny and even when it is filmed for children movie is suitable for older audience.
