Lots of movie stars don’t make big fuss about nude scenes and think of them as part of their job. However, there are some actresses who will never let you see them completely naked. Some even have no-nudity clauses written into their contracts. Check them out.
The former teen star is uneasy about baring it all on-screen, telling USA Today, “It would be completely uncomfortable to walk down the street and know that the person passing by had seen me without my clothes on.” She’s so against it, she’s even turned down several roles which required showing some skin.
She says, “I will never do nudity. I don’t care how dark and intellectual the role could be, you know. I don’t care if I frickin‘ could get an Oscar for it, I’m not going to do it.”
The Harry Potter actress told the New York Daily News that she’ll never dare to ruin her good girl image by doing nude scenes in future films: “I don’t want everyone to forget me as Hermione. I’m really proud of her.”
Scarlett Johansson’s had a no-nudity clause in her contract since the age of 22.
The Gossip Girl actress is apparently petrified of baring it all on-screen; in fact, even showing a little bit of skin makes her uncomfortable. As she told Britain’s Glamour magazine, “I do panic before I have to wear a really skimpy outfit. I don’t have enough willpower.”
She has been on various magazines’ “sexiest women” lists, but she just won’t do nude scenes. “I can’t ever imagine myself doing nudity in a film. I just can’t. I would always just see myself looking like a hippo having love,” Megan said.
Before agreeing to play Carrie Bradshaw on love and the City, Parker’s only condition was that she would never do nude scenes, claiming she’s “not really proud of how she looks.”
If you think you’ve seen Julia Roberts naked, you’re wrong. She uses body doubles when a role calls for her to take it all off, saying, “It’s just not my thing.”
The most skin Alba has ever showed on screen was when she played a stripper in Sin City. But she has a strict no nudity clause, telling Elle magazine, “I don’t do nudity. I just don’t. Maybe I won’t get hired in some things. But I have too much anxiety.”
Mad Men star Christina Hendricks will never strip for the screen, because she wants to be “taken seriously.” She once said, “I was working my butt off on the show, and then all anyone was talking about was my body!”
Reese told Glamour magazine, “If actresses take their clothes off, they objectify themselves. I am flabbergasted by how many legitimate actresses do it.”
The Counselor actress never plans to do any upcoming nude scenes. “I don’t say that I won’t do nudity for other people’s benefit. It has nothing to do with other people; it’s just what I’m comfortable with,” she has said.
I support these famous people in their decision. Everyone decides this for themselves. Some are free and proud to take part in nude scenes, some are not. I respect people, who refuse it. Nevertheless, I would be happy to see most of the actresses mentioned in the present article naked. They are just too hot in my eyes! So, maybe it s good for the mystery to be remained! )))
