Alec Baldwin’s daughter defends her father in Twitter rant

alec092213-_sp No doubt Alec Baldwin has had a rough week, but at least he has family by his side.

Ireland Baldwin took to Twitter to defend her father after the recent incident with a photographer when Alec used an anti-gay slur against a paparazzo who tried to take a photo of his family.

On Saturday, Ireland wrote: “It takes a lot of strength for someone to release their anger, it takes a lot of strength and SUPPORT for someone to grow and become a better person. We all say things we don’t mean. We all say things we can’t take back.”

She continued: “From what you’ve read and from what media has been shoved down your throats, he has a kind heart. My dad is far from a homophobe or a racist. For someone who has battled with anger management issues, my dad has grown tremendously.”

I am happy to hear that Alec Baldwin has such a great support from his family – his daughter. He twitter note is very wise and shows her as a very mature woman and a very loving daughter. Alec is coming through a difficult moment with the stalkers and paparazzi followings, but the closest are besides him, so he is a lucky man, no matter what. Money and power go, but FAMILY is FOREVER!!!

Great daughter of the great father! What else can be added! Alec is a lucky man to have his family’s support coming with this unpleasant situation and courts. I would never have thought to see tears in his eyes. Well, cheeky paparazzi and stalkers can annoy even the calmest of us. I hope soon everything will be fixed up and settled down. I wish peace to Baldwin’s family.
