Four residents of West Hollywood’s Granville Towers are suing Ashley Greene over the March fire that destroyed her apartment and killed her pet dog.
The suit claims the actress has refused to co-operate with the investigation into the blaze and has turned their historic building into a ”disruptive construction zone.”
The plaintiffs (The Simpsons producer Timothy Long, doorman Adrian Mayorga, John Luciano and Anna Lobell) say that the Twilight Saga actress is a terrible neighbor. Mr. Mayorga states that he was hurt during the blaze. According to TMZ, he alleges he suffered from exhaustion, dehydration and smoke inhalation after he ran through the halls to alert residents to get out immediately.
John Luciano told the New York Post: ”Living next to Ashley was pure hell. It was like living next to Studio 54, with people coming and going at all hours of the night. We would have had more peace and quiet living next to Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller.”
The blaze was officially ruled an accident and attributed to a candle. Ashley is said to be ”completely distraught” over the legal action. A source said: ”None of it was intentional and she feels deeply saddened by the whole thing.”
Wow! I would never have thought that Ashley Greene was such a troublesome neighbor. But what I can sty about the blaze, that even the kids know not to leave candles without attention. I won’t agree with the neighbors statements that it is better to live close to Charlie Sheen. He is a rather scandalous person, s who knows how it is like being his neighbor. One thing, I know for sure people always think the grass is greener at neighbors’ place. Does it make sense? 😉
Crazy gorgeous bitch! I think there is some disorder with her personality. She is a party animal and a bad neighbor definitely. Well, maybe her neighbors should be tougher at the court, who knows? Maybe this will improve her life style???? I wonder if people ever change?!
