It’s been reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie signed a pre-nuptial agreement worth $380 million.
They will finally get married over Christmas and lawyers have prepared the prenup by which, if they split, Brad will keep his pre-marital $209 million fortune and Angelina will keep her $171 million. The document also says that they would share equal joint custody of their kids.
A source tells Grazia UK magazine: ”Angelina has always been a bit reluctant about having a prenup but Brad persuaded her it’s for the best. He’s a romantic guy, but also very practical, and given they’re worth £200 ($380) million between them, with six children and a lot of property across the globe, it definitely makes sense. Both Brad and Angelina have been married before so they know how messy a divorce can get. It’s even more important this time because there are children involved and Brad wants them to cover all eventualities.”
Since they are not residents of France, they can’t legally marry there but they are planning a wedding party at their French home after a ceremony in Hawaii. The source said: “The main event will be a wintery-themed bash in France with all of their closest friends and family. Everyone, especially the children, is very excited. They love the idea of a Christmas wedding at their French home, Chateau Miraval, with a big roaring fire and lots of festive decorations.”
Neither one seems greedy and both are fair giving people so I don’t think they need one, plus they are worth the same. Whatever they do together as man and wife they would be equals. Unless he or she is planning on building an empire on their own I don’t see it. They do everything together and at their ages and with the amount of kids they have this family will only get stronger. Infidelity is a whole other story and if that ever happened later on they would be like the Clintons. Live and let live. I adore them together. She is s stunning beauty and he so amazing. They should have a big wedding for their fans and donate the money to their charities. They are used to making sacrifices and are already in the spotlight so why not a wedding with grace and purpose.
