Despite Hollywood’s well-known obsession with youth, 44-year-old Cate Blanchett isn’t worried about getting older and won’t have cosmetic surgery to help her looking younger.
The actress believes that everybody should age gracefully and isn’t afraid of wrinkles.
She told the latest French issue of Marie Claire magazine: ”I’m not scared of growing old. Should I be? What for? Who would want a face that hasn’t seen or lived properly, hasn’t got any wrinkles that come with age, experience and laughter? Not me, anyway. We’re all travelling in the same direction.”
Cate Blanchett is a very natural woman, who loves life. Yes, she is right, as she wants to agree gracefully and look natural for her age. Still the modern tendency and show business require looking good at any age and having eth bodies and faces of young people at 60s. This is hilarious too, don’t you agree? Many celebs look plastic after numerous plastic operations. You will never see such faces in natural aging. We are human beings and not dolls, people! You cannot cheat the time!
