Bisexuality is not as unusual in Hollywood as one might think. In fact, there are quite a few stars have openly spoken about their sexual identity and admitted to swaying both ways. Some of them might surprise you!
Fergie
Fergie is married to Josh Duhamel and they have a child together, but the singer doesn’t hide the fact that she is also attracted to women. She said: “I’ve been very honest with [Josh] from the get-go. I think women are beautiful, I’ve had a lot of fun with women, and I’m not ashamed of it. The problem is that I also love a well-endowed man. But just because I enjoy women doesn’t mean I’m allowed to have affairs in my relationship. I learned through talking with my therapist that it is still cheating even if it’s with girls, so there is a rule there.”
Michelle Rodriguez
After years of speculation, Michelle Rodriguez finally opened up about her sexuality to Entertainment Weekly, saying, “I’ve never walked the carpet with anyone, so they wonder: ‘What does she do with her vagina?’ …I’ve gone both ways. I do as I please. I am too f***ing curious to sit here and not try when I can. Men are intriguing. So are chicks.” She is currently in a relationship with gorgeous model Cara Delevingne.
Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga admitted to Barbara Walters in 2009, “Well, I do like women. …I’ve certainly had sexual relationships with women, yeah.”
Andy Dick
Many people mistakenly assume that Andy Dick identifies as gay. The actor is actually bisexual and he told The Washington Post in a 2006 interview that, “just because I’ve been with guys, and I’m bi, doesn’t mean I’m gay.”
Evan Rachel Wood
Evan Rachel Wood came out as bisexual on Twitter in 2012. She said of her sexuality, “bisexuality is a big part of who I am, and it always has been for as long as I can remember…I’ve honestly fallen in love with a man and I’ve honestly fallen in love with a woman…I don’t know how you label that, it’s just how it is.”
Anna Paquin
Though married to True Blood costar Stephen Moyer, Anna Paquin is open about her bisexuality. She told Zooey magazine in a 2009 interview, “For me, it’s not really an issue because I’m someone who believes being bisexual is actually a thing. It’s not made up. It’s not a lack of decision.” In 2010, the actress revealed she was bisexual as part of promoting the True Colors Fund, which fights for the rights of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community. In a video clip, Paquin declared, “I’m Anna Paquin. I’m bisexual, and I give a damn.”
Megan Fox
Megan Fox told Esquire magazine in their June 2011 issue, “I have no question in my mind about being bisexual. But I’m also a hypocrite: I would never date a girl who was bisexual, because that means they also sleep with men, and men are so dirty that I’d never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man.”
Amber Heard
Amber might be engaged to former co-star Johnny Depp, but she came out as bisexual at a 2010 GLAAD event. She sees sexuality as a fluid thing: “I don’t label myself one way or another—I have had successful relationships with men and now a woman. I love who I love; it’s the person that matters.”
Drew Barrymore
Drew Barrymore said, “Do I like women sexually? Yeah, I do. Totally. I have always considered myself bisexual. I love a woman’s body. I think a woman and a woman together are beautiful, just as a man and a woman together are beautiful. Being with a woman is like exploring your own body, but through someone else.”
Angelina Jolie
Angelina Jolie was in a relationship with model and Foxfire co-star Jenny Shimizu in 1996 before her marriage to Billy Bob Thornton. Nearly 10 years ago she confirmed past affairs with women. She told Barbra Walters: “I was surprised when I suddenly found myself having these feelings I always had for men, but for a woman, and wanting to kiss her and wanting to touch her.” In an interview with OK Magazine, Angelina said: “I have loved women in the past and slept with them. I think if you love and want to pleasure a woman, particularly if you are a woman yourself, then certainly you know how to do things a certain way.”
A person has the right to like who ever they choose. If you’re a woman who likes women, it’s ok. If you’re a man who likes men, it’s ok. If you’re a woman who likes men, it’s ok. If you’re a man who likes women, it’s ok. Now, lastly; if you’re a man or a woman that likes both, that too is OK! NO ONE has the right to tell you who you should or shouldn’t like (save the person you’re going after :P). Shay Jackson-cee, you’re no different then straight people who tell gays they’re wrong for their preference.
Ok so I’m a female heterosexual…I’ve always supported the gay world…march w/them.. stand up to the super haters of them…pray for equal rights with the gays..etc…etc. however I say pick a side..useally its the side of the way we are born..however I say to these so called bisexuals you’re just being greedy where sex is concern nope I ain’t buying that you 100% intp both sexes..the fudged truth useually is a gay male in denial that he is gay so he lies to himself and the female he’s un-fairly freaking…so like I said earlier pick a side either or…
